Creates demand because there's limited availability
Creates an experience that feels more special than a regular yoga class
Keeps things interesting for your student base to fight off boredom and lack of interest
Creates predictable income and attendance because they pay up front to secure their spot.
Allows new students to test things out in a low pressure, low commitment environment (and often funnels those students into your other offerings!)

All of the calls will be recorded, and you will have permanent access to the recordings.
